The mInvestment Banking S.A. team acted as the exclusive transaction advisor and financing advisor to CUK Ubezpieczenia in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in the retail segment of the Punkta Group. The transaction involved the acquisition of three Polish distribution companies:Arrant sp. z o.o., Punkta sp. z o.o., Profi Insurance sp. z o.o., as well as the technology company Punkta Innovation Lab sp. z o.o.
