Sebastian Valdes-Niemiec

Sebastian is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, where he studied Economics. He joined the mInvestment Banking team in January 2024.

Before joining mInvestment Banking, Sebastian worked at independent financial advisory firms CAG and MacDonald & Associates, advising owners and management boards of leading companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe on mergers and acquisitions.

He began his career through internships at international investment banks Rothschild & Co and Société Générale, as well as at the global advisory firm EY.
