Karol Piotrowski

Karol joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2025. Previously, he gained experience as an analyst at a boutique M&A advisory firm and in the venture capital market. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Jagiellonian University.

Throughout his career, he has supported owners of Polish companies in the consumer and industrial goods sectors in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

He participated in the 16th edition of the Capital Market Leaders Academy and the BCG EmpowerPL program. He was an active member of student organizations such as the Investor’s Club and KNRK Index. He also gained advisory experience through participation in numerous competitions, including the EY Financial Challenger (twice ranked in the TOP 10 in Poland) and the M&Asters Challenge organized by PwC.
