Jolanta Pankiewicz

Jolanta is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where she studied Mathematics. She joined the Management Board of mInvestment Banking in June 2023 with a mission to build strong expertise in debt advisory.

Since 1997, her career has been closely tied to the mBank Group, where she held managerial positions—initially in departments responsible for mBank’s equity investments, later in structured and mezzanine financing, and most recently as a Management Board Member of mBank Hipoteczny.

Earlier in her career, she worked at the brokerage office IB Austria Securities and at Poland’s first investment bank, PBR S.A.

Jolanta began her professional journey during the economic transformation of the 1990s. As a project manager at the Ministry of Ownership Transformations, she led privatization projects for state-owned enterprises and participated in the initial public offerings of the first companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
